This digital thermometer comes with 10 preset temperatures for meat type and doneness as per USDA recommendations, as well as one customizable open setting, making it ideal for both master grillers and novice cooks.

The 10-inch adjustable probe rotates 180 degrees to provide convenient reading angles, and folds closed for easy storage when not in use. Offering precise readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees, the thermometer covers a temperature range of -58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C), with an extra-thin probe tip that leaves a smaller puncture hole when sampling.
